I have been busy creating. It is such an enjoyable outlet for me! I love the end product, but most of all, I enjoy the process of watching it come together.
This first layout I used a Hambly overlay for the first time! I truly enjoyed using this and see me using more of it in the future...especially cutting it up and using bits and pieces throughout as accents!
I didn't have any white flourishes of my own....so I created them using Sakura glaze pens. They work wonderfully on the Hambly! I found myself quite clever conecting black with white. Then again, it doesn't take much to entertain me!
I also hand backstitiched navy blue around the edge of the white cardstock.
I am so glad i made my children sit in the car and wait while I ran into the LSS and picked up red flowers to go on this page! I promise, the air was on and I was only there 3 minutes. Promise!
As usual, if you click on the picture, it will enlarge offering you a better picture.
